Our order processing rates are different from shipping rates.
All orders are processed within the same day (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will notify our customers in case of delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Privinta Wellness is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We are using DHL & USPS services for the rest of the world. The availability of the services & Charges will be calculated automatically at the checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.
