Refund Policy

    • Product and Refunds

      (a) Product Descriptions. Our Website contains descriptions of dietary vitamins/supplements. We attempt to be as accurate as possible with the descriptions of the vitamins/supplements that are made available to you through the Services (collectively, the “Products”). However, we make no warranties that the Product descriptions and any other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a Product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any Product with or without notice and we will not incur any obligation as a result of such change.

      (b) Refunds. Products are covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee which must be returned within 30 days of the date the order was placed for a full refund up to $50. Our satisfaction guarantee only applies to a Customer's initial order, either one-time or for subscription. Where the Customer wishes to return an order beyond their initial shipment, it is at our sole discretion to determine the ability to receive a refund on a case-by-case basis. Any refund issued beyond the initial order will only apply to that specific shipment and not any shipments prior. You may incur return shipping fees to be covered by the Customer depending on the situation. Where the Customer incurred a cost of shipping on the initial order, your refund will not cover the initial cost of shipping as that is non-refundable.

      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      To start a return, you can contact us at info@privinta.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Damages and issues

      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
